Strategy without execution is a hobby. We bias toward working software, real deployments, and measurable outcomes over perfect plans. You can always refine what exists. You can't refine a slide deck.

Stay technical.

The people making your architecture decisions should be the same ones who've written the code, debugged the pipeline, and stayed up when production went sideways. We don't delegate the thinking.

Tell the truth.

If your timeline is unrealistic, your architecture won't scale, or your AI use case is a solution looking for a problem — you'll hear it from us first. The most expensive consulting engagement is the one that tells you what you want to hear.
